End-of-year Showcase - Event Planning and Management
RMIT is a global university of technology, design and enterprise. Our mission is to help shape the world through research, innovation, teaching and engagement, and to create transformative
experiences for our students, getting them ready for life and work.
Student’s end-of-the-year showcases are part of RMIT’s strategic focus area 2: Every Graduate
Ready. They are an important part of RMIT's culture and offer an invaluable opportunity to present student work to the RMIT community including important industry guests as well students' families.
As part of this project -- in close collaboration with programme staff -- you will have to plan, communicate, implement and evaluate the execution of students' end-of-year studio
showcase.

2019 Bail Out Fundraiser Advertising Campaign
Bail Out is Whitelion’s annual national fundraising and awareness campaign. It gives you the chance to step into the shoes of a young person who has been in gaol, and raise money for at-risk young people at the same time.

To get involved, participants (known as ‘inmates’) need to register online and raise at least $1000 bail to get ‘released’. The actual event is held around Australia at gaols and detentions centres.
We’d really love to see more women get involved, alone or in gangs. Our challenge to you is to create an advertising campaign for our 2019 Bail Out to encourage women of all ages and demographics to get involved and as a secondary objective, help smash our $500,000 fundraising goal!
