STAKEHOLDER JOURNEY

PRIMARY STAKEHOLDERS:
Australian university students undertaking study within any academic field.
These students are individuals who are struggling to find genuine work experience, lack industry connections, want to utilise as many career opportunities as they can before graduating, want to learn about their field, need additional references for their resume or simply want more insight into areas of specialisation to further inform their career paths. These students have been let down by other career platforms and resources which mainly focus on merely graduate jobs, many of which demand prior experience.
SECONDARY STAKEHOLDERS:
Industry organisations.
These organisations may be seeking: fresh perspectives and ideas from millennials, new connections, the ability to vet potential employees, help with the completion of projects and a desire to increase awareness and interest into their organisation. They also have a willingness to mentor students they take on-board or to work collaboratively with them on a project.
The organisations also have the opportunity to form partnerships with U.HQ. These organisations would be looking to provide on-going contributions, have continual job positions to fill, hold events relevant to students, often require help with projects, and would additionally like to broaden their networks and build awareness around their organisation.
